DELMIA Robotics launches powerful robotics enhancements to accelerate development and secure production quality. The new Robot Teach interface provides faster access to programming information with superior editing, while the Tool Analysis Report lets you export fastener feasibility data to Excel to optimize distribution. Find the best spot-welding solution across product variants, perform quick feasibility studies on CATIA Bead Fasteners, and easily create multiple weld paths along a single contour. These updates offer the most direct way to connect the virtual twin, test complex workcell behavior, and secure the start of production, improving alignment across all teams.

DELMIA Machining offers key updates across our machining and additive manufacturing solutions to enhance production speed and reliability. For machining, we are introducing automated calculation of transition paths using NC kinematics, enabling direct CAM simulation and removing post-processor dependence.
